Ironically, too much intake of water helps you lessen the fats in your body because once your body recognizes the continuous water intake; it will flush down water from your body from time to time.

If you do know that you maintain a balanced diet and still have those excess fats on your face, facial exercises can help you. There are specific facial exercises that can help remove excess fats on your face.
Of course, no one wants to look fat, ugly and old. But why opt for a surgery with doubtful results when you can take off that double chin in an easier and less expensive way. If you look good, it just means to say that you have a healthy way of living. All you have to do is maintain that discipline for your food intake and some exercise and you will then have a more attractive look that you long have wished for.
