The dance music scene has had a resurgence this year with releases from artists such as David Guetta, Deadmau5 and Swedish House Mafia taking the world by storm. Whether you are into House, Dubstep or Electro, there is a world of sound out there to enjoy and even more great places to go to to explore it.
Ibiza and London have become two of the main dance music centres and are jointly responsible for some of the greatest clubbing experiences in the world. We'll look at these but also show some hot clubbing venues further away.
Starting with Ibiza
Space
Space was tipped to be the best club in all of the world, with an appealing atmosphere and a top of the range "Funktion One" sound system. My tip when you're going to go, head there on Sunday - the biggest night of the week for clubbing in Space, the night when top DJs perform during the summer months.
Pacha
With a global name and clubs around the planet, Pacha is definitely the most famous club in Ibiza, and draws thousands of clubber each year. Each year the club sees the likes of Annie Mac and Pete Tong from Radio One taking over the stage to entertain thousands of people over Radio One's Ibiza weekend. The dance music scene in Ibiza is continuing to grow and grow, making it the origin of new dance music hits each year.
DC10
Not as well known as Pacha and Space, DC10 brings a diverse audience from yacht owning billionaires to street cleaners. With a variety of music getting played, there is something for every clubber. Plan to dance all night long before chill out during the early morning sessions, after which expect to head home to your ibiza holiday villa for a well earned sleep.
Amnesia
With world class DJs, like Paul Okenfold playing, there is no wonder why Amnesia attracts thousands of people each year. Currently Amnesia is set to open four new franchises' across the globe, although the locations are yet to be announced.
Bring it to London
Fabric
Fabric provides the best clubbing experience in the UK. Located in the heart of the rural city surrounded by London apartments, and with great facilities and attention to detail, including plenty of toilet facilities, Fabric allows you to truly enjoy the music. The body sonic' sound system pumps the base through your body, allowing every part of you to feel the music!
Ministry of Sound
Ministry of sound is slightly more commercialised than the other clubs with regular compilation album releases of the latest dance music. The reputation of the club has got better and better over the last few years, making it very popular with UK clubbers. The name is so well known it has become synonymous with dance music.

Pawnshop Lounge- Miami
Putting aside the rather strange name, Pawnshop Lounge offers something different for clubberschill out rooms made out of old school buses! This club offers you serious dance music appreciation compared to the other clubs in the area. It is also the first "boutique" style nightclub, and features 70s style chairs..
Panorama Bar- Berlin
You may not expect to have to go to Berlin to find one of the best clubs, but Panorama Bar offers you something more edgy and hypnotic than the others. It stands on a converted power station and is known for one of the most emotive and mesmerizing clubbing experiences in the world. With a central location in Berlin you can also take time out from the clubbing scene to explore the beautiful city.
Womb- Tokyo
If you want to travel a bit further afar, Womb is the place to go. Described as being wonderful and weird, the clubbing gives you an experience like no other.
