Your therapist will teach you how to identify your negative thoughts and emotions. This can be a reaction to any situation, even the simplest situations could be perceived as dangerous. That is what this therapy aims to identify, how certain situations make you feel. At the end of the sessions, you would have been able to identify where your negativity is coming from and replace it with positive thoughts.
