God Is: God Is to be Worshipped: Principle Thesis of the Torah, the Gospel and the Qur'an

God Is: God Is to be Worshipped: Principle Thesis of the Torah, the Gospel and the Qur'an

God Is: God Is to be Worshipped: Principle Thesis of the Torah

, the Gospel and the Qur'an

In the three Holy Books namely the Torah (the Law), the Gospel or the Evangel (the four books of John, Matthew, Marc and Luke), the Qur'an, we have one specific principle thesis: God IS and humans ought to worship God.

The Torah informs us in the following verses:

Then God instructed the people as follows:God Is: God Is to be Worshipped: Principle Thesis of the Torah, the Gospel and the Qur'an

"I am the Eternal your God, who rescued you from slavery in Egypt.

"Do not worship any other gods beside me.

"Do not make idols of any kind, whether in the shape of birds or animals or fish. You must never worship or bow down to them."'

Exodus 20: 1-5

In the Gospel, we are told:

Next the Devil took him (Jesus) to the peak of a very high mountain and showed him the nations of the world and their glory. "I will give it all to you," he said, "if you will only kneel down

and worship me." Matthew. 4: 8-9

But Jesus refuses the offer made by the Devil and rejects the worship of the Devil in preference to the worship of God and to serve God alone:

Get out of here, Satan," Jesus told him. "For the Scriptures say, You must worship the Lord your God; serve only him." Mat. 4: 10

In the Qur'an we are told:

O mankind! Worship your Lord, Who has created you and those before you.' Qur'an 2: 21

And worship God. And ascribe no thing as partner unto Him.' 4:36

Say: He is God, the One. God, the eternal. He begets not, nor was begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.' 112: 1-4

How plausible is the religious argument?

This argument proclaims the following postulates:

First, that there is God

Second, that God is one.

Third, humans must believe in God.

Fourth, humans ought to worship only God.

Fourth, Humans ought not to worship other things than God.

Fifth, humans ought to serve God.

Sixth, humans, by implication, have the choice to believe in God or not to believe in God.

Seventh, humans have the choice, by implication, to serve God or not serve Him.

Man has a mind and a life time to consider the plausibility of this argument. He alone can decide his own destiny by believing and worshipping and serving God and only God.

The plausibility of this argument depends entirely on man's own convictions.

There is no proof offered by the religious argument, in support for its proclamations. No one evidence is provided. This is obvious, for a proof or an evidence are self-contradictory for the religious argument and annuls the need for belief. If there is a proof either way then man believes or disbelieves.

This is explained by the presence of billions of believers and billions of disbelievers throughout the history of mankind.

No one person has either a valid reference nor a solid argument for, or against, the existence of God.

This shows evidence in support of the plausibility of the religious argument.

We all have to look into the universe in order to consider the plausibility of creation and the need of an All Mighty Powerful God that creates and controls everything at His will. And whether He is worthy of belief, worship and being served.

Every individual person charged with the responsibility of responding favorably, or not, to the divine message as laid out in the three holy books of Religion: Judaism, Christianity and Islam.
