The attitude of the teachers and staff is very important to consider as this will shape the attitude of your child then, because your child will stay in center most of the day time and this is the place where he comes to learn and develops habits. If the teachers are not friendly and are not polite with them then your child will hate them and will not enjoy going to the center and consequently he will develop habits that are not suitable for a child to have.
The attitude of the teachers is very important and as well as the hygiene conditions of the place. The classrooms and the wash rooms needs to be very clean and they should have the facility of first aid box incase of any emergency occurs. The size of the classroom and the number of children there are important to consider, if there are many children and one teacher to handle them, then the proportion is out of order because a single teacher cannot look after many children.
Other than the attitude and the proportion of the teachers to children, you need to see whether the center has a proper license from the state to work and also they meet up the safety and other requirements that are put up by the sate. Be sure to choose the center which you have easy in access and is reliable.
