The Linden Method claims to cure panic attacks, anxiety, and other conditions. I'm a sufferer of panic attacks myself and have tried this product. I'll share with you my experience with it.
I'm an employee in my mid 20s. I've been suffering from panic attacks for years now. It has greatly affected my work and also my relationships. It's so hard when you are worrying every second. It's like I'm living in a dream world that I just would like to wake up from and everything would be okay. Like it was all just a dream.
A friend suggested to me that I try The Linden Method. I didn't know a thing about it but my friend said her sister, who has a similar condition with mine, never had any panic attacks after trying it. I was curious but skeptical at the same time as I have tried a lot of products that did not work.
So I bought it online and immediately read it. It was very well written so I had a good time reading it. I proceeded to apply the methods outlined on the book. Just like every product I previously tried, it worked of course, but I was not content because the panic attacks would always return after a couple of days or weeks.
After about 3 months, I never had a single attack after trying The Linden Method. I was living a very relaxed and happy life.
The quality of my work has greatly improved and I go on dates very relaxed and comfortable. Now that is the definition of something that works. Of course I highly recommend it to anyone having panic attacks, but with the other conditions it claims to also help out on, I can't say as I don't suffer from those.
