Gout is a type of arthritis, a very painful disease, once it happens you have to suffer from it lifelong. Hi, I am a 50 year old man and like you I only knew this mach about the disease I was suffering from, nothing more. I have learnt by heart all the medicines taking it constantly for three years. The relief was only temporary with much more side effects playing with my metabolism. I was having daily heart burns, my gastritis problem suddenly multiplied, and my hands swelled up every few days.

I never knew purines and other fad diets like South Beach and Atkins that I was taking was increasing the disease. The report was very thorough and educative. The supplements and the herbs not only cured my gout but boosted up my health as well.
