What is drunk driving?
The term drunk driving can be misleading. Some people have their own definition on what "drunk" is. You may not think you're drunk but you can still be charged with DUI. Oklahoma operates under a law called implied consent law. If you have been pulled over for suspicion of DUI you agree to a blood, breath, or chemical test to determine if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
