Many people would advise you to get a domain for the product launch but I just say use free resources like blog sites and they convert very well too.
Okay so now you need to know what are buyer keywords for such product launches. You need to know what people will type in the search engines to get this product that is launching. This is yet another strategy I use to get the top spot on buyer keywords.
Once you have your buyer keywords in hand, simple begin by setting up your first blog site. Write content on this blogsite and make the content relevant to the product you are promoting or recommending. Once the content is written, ping the blog site to get it indexed in the search engines.
Now that you have pinged the blog, what you should then do next is to write useful articles. Make sure the articles is full of rich unique content that your readers will like. The good thing about articles is that webmasters could syndicate your article thereby giving you more exposure and your links more exposure.
Write the article and submit them to relevant article directories. I then ping the links to these articles thereby promoting them even more aggressively. So after pinging these articles I would then proceed to set up other web 2.0 sites and link them to this article and from the article to my money site which would either be my purchased domain or a free domain.
Make sure you promote heavily using PPC or even media buyers. Do all you possibly can to direct targeted buyer traffic to your articles, blogs, and web 2.0 properties. I even go as far as making videos and submitting them so that you can get law hanging fruits in the search engines. Ideally, you should try to secure the first 10 spots on the search engines.
