Losing weight in and of itself is simple. Eat less and exercise more. Burn more calories than you consume. And there you are, thin and fit and happy.

You could really use a professional to help you in both your nutritional needs and finding or creating an exercise program that will work best with your body's current conditions. This is why a trainer at a gym isn't always the most helpful because they aren't always geared toward people's limits. You need someone to counsel you through the rough times and set backs.
