What are the Risks Associated with Spider Vein Treatment?
As with any cosmetic treatment there are risks associated with both spider vein laser treatment and sclerotherapy, though these risks are minimal. After laser treatment, the treated area may appear red for a few days. This is natural and will disappear over time. There are few side effects and risks associated with sclerotherapy, though itching at the treatment site and slight pain have been reported.
