For the pack, take the appropriate amount of Fullers earth (about a palm full) and squeeze the lemon juice onto it. Once the juice has been added, knead it well so that the two items are thoroughly mixed. Apply the mixture evenly onto the face (avoiding the sensitive skin near the eyes and the mouth) and allow it to set for 15-20 minutes. Finally, rinse it off with warm water for a lovely matte complexion.

The astringent quality of concentrated lemon juice can irritate sensitive skin, so care should be taken never to apply undiluted lemon juice on the face. It also makes the skin extra sensitive to the sun, so always wait a few hours before stepping out into the sun after any DIY spa treatments involving lemon juice.
