The Western Maryland Railway (AAR symbol: WM) was an American company railroad Class I operating in Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. It was primarily a carrier of coal and freight, but also operated some passenger trains. It was built in the Chessie System in 1973 and stopped operating in 1983, when it merged into the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad.
