Tax Masters recently completed an office gift drive for BEARing Gifts, the Christmas gift-giving project run by BE A Resource for CPS Kids (BEAResource) in Houston, Texas. All told, employees purchased and donated gifts for 75 abused and neglected children, most of whom will receive at least two of the gifts listed on their Christmas gift wish list thanks to the response by Tax Masters employees.Lets face it, Child Protective Services (CPS) caseworkers have a pretty tough job. But that job pales in comparison to the daily realities many abused and neglected children face in their own homes. BEARing Gifts is designed to bring a bit of help and hope during the holiday season to children who have little choice about where and how they live.
