The main shopping areas in Harlow are the Harvey Centre, which is a dedicated shopping centre, plus the main High Street and the relatively new Water Gardens complex, both of which are pedestrianised. The Harvey Centre, Harlow: Situated in the centre of the town, the Harvey Centre offers more than shopping with toilets, baby change facilities, car valet service, cafs, restaurants, and a 726 space multi-storey car park with easy access.

Harlow Water Gardens Shopping Centre: The Water Gardens is a dream for shoppers with a wide choice of household name stores and shops. Stores include ASDA, Dorothy Perkins, Next, Peacocks, Matalan, TK Maxx, River Island, Top Shop, and more.

Harlow Market: A market has been held in Harlow since 1956. Located in Market Square at the end of Harlow High Street, there are usually around 40 stalls, selling a wide range of goods from fresh bread and meat, to pet supplies, clothing, and antiques.
The Harlow market is held on a Monday (bric-a-brac), Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday throughout the year and is always popular with the locals. On Sunday, you will also find the area being used for a car boot sale.

Car Parking in Harlow:: Whilst there are good bus and rail links to Harlow, by far the most popular form of transport, especially for Christmas shopping, is the car. Fortunately, Harlow caters for the motorist extremely well and provides well over 3,000 spaces spread throughout the town, with the three main car parks located at the Water Gardens, the Harvey Centre and the NCP Terminus Multi-Storey.
