Actual customer reviews are a more reliable source of information on a company. Although these can be tricky too because company employees or rewarded customers can skew the comments to the positive. To be fair, this probably only balances the point of view due to a natural tendency to the negative. If there is nothing negative in the forums, beware. A company who deletes all its negative customer feedback probably has something to hide.
