The Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam story has the characters played by Demi Lovato and Kevin, Nick and Joe Jonas returning to Camp Rock, only to discover that some of the students and instructors have left the Camp Rock in favor of the nearby rival, Camp Star. The Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam will borrow some of its plot from Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" as Nate (Nick Jonas) falls in love with Dana (Chloe Bridges), the daughter of the Camp Star owner.

Daniel Fathers is back as Camp Rock's head honcho.
The "old" cast will be joined by popular hip-hop artist Matthew "Mdot" Finley and Chloe Bridges, an accomplished 17-year-old classical pianist. Mdot plays the reigning hot-shot singer across the lake at Camp Star who challenges Camp Rock to a musical showdown. And of course Chloe Bridges will the Nate's "star-crossed" love-interest.
