After months of training with the boxing legend Freddie Roach, that's exactly what Georges St Pierre (GSP) did to Josh Koscheck at UFC 124. "My first fight with him, I wanted to beat him with the wrestling," Georges St Pierre said at the UFC 124 postfight press conference. "This fight I wanted to beat him with the boxing. "

GSP did in fact break Koscheck's orbital bone. What's really amazing about this though, is this is exactly what Manny Pacquiao did to Antonio Margarito on November 13th. What do the two fighters have in common...Freddie Roach trained them.

The difference is that Pacquiao broke Margarito's orbital bone in the 4th round, but George St Pierre broke Koscheck's orbital bone in the 1st round. If you watched the fight, then you know that Koscheck's eye was almost completely shut after the 1st round.

"I don't know if I've ever seen someone take that much damage from a jab in the first round of a fight in MMA," said UFC president Dana White.

Throughout the entire fight, GSP strategically just jabbed and jabbed away at koscheck's eye. Koscheck's vision was severely impaired and he could barely get a shot in on GSP. He hung in though. It's surprising they did not stop the fight. The doctor wanted to stop the fight, but Koscheck refused.

In the 4th and 5th round his Georges St Pierre's accuracy was almost 100%! He landed almost every punch he threw. He out punched Koscheck 21-1 in the fourth and fifth round.

According to FightMetric, George St Pierre out punched Koscheck 136-30 and Compustrike said it was 143-30 in GSP's favor.
