During the 15+ years Tom Challan has been involved with MLM he has managed to obtain a great reputation in the industry as a top MLM personality. Tom Challan is one of the absolute top sponsors there are in this industry, having recruited more than 500 new distributors in under one year and building an organization with more than 40,000 distributors all under only 24 months. Tom Challan has a very special approach to how he does his business building, one that is not found anywhere else in the industry. The only two things he does himself are to speak with cold leads over the phone and recruit as many of these as possible into his team. He then outsources all the other tasks to the training company that Dani Johnson (another huge MLM authority) operates. Right now, Tom Challan is not involved with any primary opportunity but rather he is focusing on building a few of his own personal businesses that are focusing on helping other MLM distributors through his training products so that other network marketers can also do what he has done. He also owns a lead generation and management company named Earn Pro Leads. So Is Tom Challan's Teachings Valuable For Me? The answer to this question is entirely up to you. If you are someone who can see yourself spending 5-6 hours a day cold calling leads trying to convince them to join your business, then Tom Challans teachings are absolutely some of the best the market place has to offer. However, I do not build my own business using this method and is not the method I personally want to teach to someone else though, since "wasting" six hours on the phone with people that don't even have an idea of why I am calling them is not my idea of having fun while building my business. I personally leverage online marketing methods to build a huge organization, and I just speak with the people who have already reached up their hand and asked to be contacted by me. Actually, once you learn how to do this correctly, you will get people CONTACTING YOU DAILY that you haven't even heard of before that want to find out how they can work directly with you. I even have persons joining my team that I have never even spoken to! Talk about a different world from having to spend your whole day on the phone phoning hundreds of leads! I dont know about you, but for me this is a much more fun and rewarding way of growing a successful business for myself. And I can teach you how you can have this happen for you NEXT WEEK.
