The trekkers get abundance of support by a team of Dzos while trekking in Sikkim. Duzos are the combination of Yak & cow. Every day the trekkers are accompanied with food, tents, baggage etc. The trekkers are supposed to carry water bottle along with them. Every day, the camp is prepared by the trekking staff; meals are prepared by the trained cooks. The guides of this place are trained to take the trekkers to the best campsites which are mentioned on the itinerary. Prior preparation is made for those who might face mountain sickness or if there is any other kind of emergency.
