The Why & The How Of Mlm Advertising: Online Vs Offline - Which Is Better?

If you've only ever worked your business offline

, realize that MLM advertising online is is completely different to what you're used to; in fact it's the complete opposite. Advertising your business online requires a totally new approach & attitude to your business - one I think you'll find refreshing!

A lot of mlmers just starting out in their new businesses are told to compile a list of 100 people, invite them to attend a hotel meeting, everyone will sign up and they'll be rich and never have to do anything again (it's residual, you know!). And for some, this is all they are ever taught; that it's the only way to succeed in network marketing are create walk-away residual income (which is not true by the way, no matter which company you're with, just in case you were wondering:)

Sure enough, many people will fail using only that approach and end up quitting network marketing because of it. For those who have not yet given up, they may discover another popular mlm advertising approach, that of buying leads - names, numbers & email addresses of people supposedly interested in earning extra income from home. To some this may appear more appealing than selling their friends and family, however you're still left with the same problem: you need to sell them on your business to make any money while subjecting yourself to lots of unnecessary abuse in the process!

Don't get me wrong, you can still get results, but the perpetrated myth that these people are serious and pre-qualifed prospects or ready to sign up in your business is a complete lie. Just because they may have at one point in time or another requested some INFORMATION about making money from home does not mean a person is serious - let alone ready or prepared - to join your team. On top of that, they have no idea who YOU are (you haven't been able to earn their trust or even create rapport yet), they are not qualified and have not been exposed to what have to offer (the one generic lead capture page they saw and filled out doesn't even acknowledge anything about YOU, your business, your system or anything else!), and so many mlmers fail using this strategy as well.

The good news is that there is a better, more effective, more enjoyable, more profitable approach that can actually make you serious money where people are seeking you out - real PULL marketing (as opposed to PUSH marketing - what you've probably been doing instead, ie, going after people & trying to sell them...). There are systems & tools you can utilize to actually attract people who are actively looking for success in this industry, people who have the true desire to do effective MLM advertising to grow a thriving & profitable network marketing business.

But you won't be able to recruit them by selling or pitching them. It just doesn't work like that. People are looking on the internet to solve their problems, they are not searching for someone to pitch them something (but they will buy if they sell themself).

Wouldn't you rather do THAT? Giving people the information they are requesting to solve their problems. That creates a bond, establishes trust & before you know it you are building a relationship. When you can help people by sharing with them free valuable information to help them solve their problems, they'll continue to follow you and if you create enough value, they'll sell themselves on you & purchase from you.

Let me repeat that because it's a very important concept: people will buy from you once they buy into the value of the information you've provided. People don't want to be sold, but they do want to buy. So your objective in your MLM advertising is to supply high-value information to attract quality prospects looking to solve a problem.

Zig Ziglar once said: "If you help enough people to get what they want, you'll be able to get anything in life you want." This is how to build your MLM business if you really want the kind of passive income that a mlm business can provide when built correctly. Growing and advertising your MLM business like this can truly give you everything you desire.
