Next using some tape or glue attach the streamers to the white construction paper. Finally, allow the children to use their imagination and draw some funny faces on the ghosts! The haunted corner can be as simple as a lightweight black sheet or piece of fabric hung from ceiling to floor with some scary items behind it. Set up tables with fun activity choices for the children. Provide small pumpkins that children can paint and then take home. A stack of colorful foam sheets can be used to make Halloween decorations that can be used for many years. Have the students make a background for their decoration by cutting out a good size oval or rectangular shape from one of the foam sheets. Then, give them some stencils of pumkins, ghosts, cats, witches and other Halloween themed stencils allowing them to use their imaginations and creativity to make their own unique Halloween decoration. Next, show them how to fasten the tissue paper with four black pipe cleaners wrapped around once so that four legs stick out evenly on either side. They can then put wiggle eyes in the center of the pipe cleaners to make eyes.
