List the constraints for the tasks and keep a watch on those which constraints. Now with the tasks that can be outsourced, start looking at options of hiring temp staff or students for a few hours per day or explore other avenues of using contract agency or virtual assistants.
This is the way every intelligent entrepreneur will work towards balancing and prioritizing his work to be able to focus on taking his business forward. The secret lies in balancing your time, money and energy.
