Govind Devji Temple

The royal City Palace of Jaipur is the holy home of Govind Dev Ji Temple. It is dedicated to Lord Krishna and hence receives vivid hours during the occasion of Janmashtami. The construction of the temple dates back to 1890 and showcases the brilliant architectural of red sandstone.

Eklingji Temple

Ejlingji temple is the prefect place for believers of Lord Shiva. It is situated in North Udaipur and is well-known for beholding the clusters of 108 temples. The main attraction here is the 50 feet high multi-faced statue of Lord Shiva, completely carved out of black stone. The silver doors describing the image of Lord Shiva and Lord Kartikeya, also makes a worthy watch.

Pushkar Temples

The sacred Pushkar town in Rajasthan has about 400 temples and the most visited one is the Lord Brahma temple. Devotees believe that the creator of Universe have performed yoga and meditation here. Other shrines of note are Varah temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, Savitri temple devoted to Goddess Savitri etc.

Dargah Sharif

Dedicated to Khwaja Moin-ud-din Chisti, a Sufi saint, the holy Dargah is venerated by pilgrims of both Hindu and Islam community. History says that the divine center was seen many bygone dynasties and hence many Mughal rulers has put their heartily effort to enhance its architecture. Devotees, from all across the world, irrespective of season or occasion, visit here and perform the ritual of 'nazrana(offering) before the Saint.

Dilwara Jain Temples

Located in the greenery of Mount Abu hill-station, this Jain pilgrimage center dates back from 11th to 13th century AD. There are five magnificent marble temples of Dilwara, all of which present the riot of architectural elegance. The noteworthy names are Vimal Vasahi, Luna Vasahi, Pithalhar, Khartar Vasahi and Mahaveer Swami.

Other must-visit temples in Rajasthan are Karni Mata Temple, Shrinathji Temple, Birla Temple, Galta ji Temple, Kaila Devi Temple, Mehandipur Balaji Temple, Shrinath ji Temple etc.
