One lucky thirteen-year-old, Morgan Pozgar, of Claysburg, Pa., was crowned LG National Texting champion in 2007 after she typed the tongue twister "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" from "Mary Poppins" in 15 seconds. When asked what she was going to spend her $25,000 prize from the electronics company LG on, she replied "I'm going to go shopping and buy lots of clothes,".
Defeating nearly 200 other competitors at the Roseland Ballroom in Manhattan to become East Coast champion, Pozgar then beat West Coast champion Eli Tirosh, 21, of Los Angeles texting the message: "Supercalifragilisticexpialidoucious! I can't believe I won and I'm looking forward to continuing the competition at the LG Text For Good Challenge," She continued. On a side note, Brianna managed to win the competition against an initial pool of 500,000 contestants, competing in events such as Text Attack, Blind Texting, Text Blitz and Do U Spk Txt.
