Similar to a Skilled Worker visa, the Australian Government are looking for people who can help boost the economy and if you can show that your business would do this, you can look at applying for a Business visa.
Alternatively, Family and Spouse visas are available for those who don't have a vocational skill on the SOL or want to setup a business, but who have close family already living in Australia who can sponsor their move.
