Well honestly speaking, my girlfriend and I are fairly impressed with Scott Sonnon Tacfit Commando workout program. We have been using it for the past few months and find it really effective. To me, an ideal workout should be the one which not only makes me fit but makes my body figure fabulous just like the Navy Seals.

The most logical workout solution should also be the one used by the Navy Seals themselves. Tacfit Commando is one such program which is a bodyweight workout system which works on the three principles of strength, stamina and power. Incredible figure comes as an added bonus.

My biggest problem in following a workout schedule was long intermittent breaks in the schedule and the result, regression. Also, I was inconsistent, in the sense, sometimes I used to play a sport. Then for sometime I used to move into a strict routine of regularly going to gym.

As I was about to reach that perfect fitness, my focus used to shift. Work or vacations used to take better of me and exercising obviously stopped. There I was moving back to scratch. Then when I finally went back to my exercise routine again, it took months to get back to where I initially was.

Best part about the Tacfit Commando workout is that you can do it anywhere and anytime. Hence you can avoid those breaks. You do not need to go to a gym and our exercise does not take much of your time. You can still continue with your workouts though you might be snowed under at office or simply enjoying your vacations. This solves my problem.

Ever since I started using this program, I have become more strong, fast and generally more athletic. This combined with my improved physical shape gives me the required impetus to continue with this program and not switch to anything else. When I started, it was a long time since I did some serious physical workout. I was quite out of shape and needed a miracle.

However, Tacfit Commando proved just right for me. It lets me set my own pace and proves fairly strenuous and challenging. I feel tired yet satisfied after every workout. The training is simple and short but needs a lot of energy and stamina. I can do it anywhere and anytime but I sweat a lot. So if you are serious about your workouts and want a figure to die for, this is the program for you.

But let me warn you need to put in hard work a minimum of few times a week. This is no magic and you cannot sit on a couch and watch it happen overnight. You need a lot will power to sustain but once the results become visible, you are sure to stick on. Dare to dream and this wonderful program by Scott Sonnon will do the rest.
