Rota is a small summer town situated towards the Southwest coast in Spain. This beautiful town lies just across the Cadiz bay. With a rich history that dates back to Phoenician times, the town is a perfect holiday destination. Rota is halfway between Portuguese border and Gibraltar. Reaching Rota is not very tough. The airport Jerez de la Frontera is just 15 mile away. The airport is home to international as well as domestic flights. You may also use train service if you are travelling from somewhere within the country.
