Raise Back Care Awareness Among Children
With Back Care Awareness week starting on Monday 11th October 2010 it is essential
that we use this time to spread awareness surrounding the most important element of back care which is the prevention of back problems. Back problems do not just occur with older generations, therefore it is essential to highlight means of prevention to children also.Children can face back problems for many reasons which can often be associated with their daily routine, for example, their school day. One factor in particular can be carrying heavy books to and from school, perhaps in unsuitable school bags for the purpose which could potentially lead to back pain, or problems in later life. Therefore it is essential to have suitable school equipment to help dilute these problems. Having chairs set out for when they arrive into assembly in the morning is essential to preventing such back problems occurring, especially after carrying a heavy bag on their journey to school.
The most practical equipment to use for these occasions would be children's stacking chairs which can be set out before hand in preparation for the children's arrival. Children should no longer be made to sit on a cold, hard floor in the middle of winter in assembly every morning like they used to. Instead their health, in particular back problems that could occur as a result of poor posture should be taken into consideration and chairs should be supplied as a preventative measure. Combining suitable school equipment with healthy school dinners, as well as a good programme of physical education will also contribute to good back care for children on the whole.

Any events that take place in the gym, the assembly hall, or even outside, children's stacking chairs are easy to transport to these places to ensure that children are benefiting from suitable equipment within schools.
