The truth is, now is the best time to invest in real estate. People will always need quality, affordable housing, regardless of the economy. By taking advantage of the large surplus of homes, buyers are able to aggressively negotiate prices, often obtaining distressed properties for pennies on the dollar. Buying properties at wholesale values, fixing, and reselling at retail rates is how I've made my millions in a few short years.
