Alright, to reiterate, the number 1 way to fight cancer (assuming your not a smoker) is to cut out all that junk food!

Obviously this means you'll be needing to cook more for yourself Easier said than done, I know, but just take it one step at a time...You can slowly work your way to where you cook all of your meals. The first thing you should do is make a trip to the nearest supermarket to pick up some food...Not necessarily organic, healthy is you're only goal here. You'll get the best results if you cook ALL your meals, but start small.

In addition to reducing the likelihood that you'll get cancer you'll also be trimming down!

Tip 2 - Oftentimes it takes more than just a healthy diet with lots of fruits and veggies to have the ideal diet. Ask your doctor about taking antioxidant supplements or a good multi-vitamin.

This is essentially adding reinforcement to your other cancer fighting efforts. If you've already altered your diet to be healthy, you've set the logs, and you've lit the fire, but once you start adding to your diet with supplements like antioxidants and vitamins, you're fanning the flame to make an impenetrable wall that no cancer will be able to pass through.

Want an extra kick? Start exercising! There's no scientific evidence for this, but it can't hurt, and exercise has been theorized to lessen risk of cancer. (Make this tip #3!)

You've probably noticed by now that these tips do more for you than fight cancer...They also make a real difference to your health. Believe it or not that's on purpose, A general rule of thumb for cancer prevention is to just live healthy.

Just to clarify though...Am I saying that if you follow these techniques that you won't ever in a million years get cancer? Of course not, However, do you think they'll really help? Then that I must answer with a YES!

The sooner that you start implementing these techniques, the sooner you'll become virtually immune to the deadliest disease on the planet.
