2. Site navigation has to be seamless. Websites often have a design that requires some imaginative thinking to hit the right keys. Web designers working for a BPO service must design something that is user-friendly. Tag the pages with self-explanatory names. Provide a site map that makes sense, even for the users who can't call themselves net-savvy.

3. The presence of broken links is like a hurdle in the path of lead generation. Users have zero tolerance for links that don't work or lead to the wrong page. Sales lead generation can take a bad hit if such errors are present on the client's website. As a call center planner, one must remove such obstacles for a smooth user experience.

4. Pop-ups are redundant. Period. You cannot design a quality website that has pop-ups working like speed breakers. BPO firms have to get rid of this obsolete practice of creating a website. They don't help the process of getting leads. In fact, pop-ups delay the process such that users never come back!

5. Create effective landing pages for better lead generation. Landing pages are the latest in the Web 2.0 bag of tricks for sales lead generation. Tag these landing pages to the correct keywords so that users are not disappointed. Update the landing page very frequently. Skin out the offers that are no longer available. Call center experts recommend that you work on the landing page in a continuous basis.

6. Test-drive your lead generation forms and other efforts. Keep the forms short and ask for precise information that you need for sales lead generation. Cut out the inane questions that make the process lengthy. Respect the user's time and also that of the inbound call center agents who will process the forms.
