My Year in Review Part 2
Like a movie poster I take a look at everyday states, "The World Is Yours."
Many ordinary people started with a lesser amount of than you or I have at this very moment and carved them out a life they write stories about. And all it took was wild ambition, planning and a burning desire to live an extraordinary life. That's it. That's what I'm given'er at. And that's what you should to be as well.
No one's planning to do this for you As Kanye puts it, "This is my life homie, you decide yours."Choose to, and write a list like this of your own goal this year 2011! Start anytime, but as early as you can! And to have an added push, make it public. It'll only drive you to accomplish your ultimate goal this year more.
This is actually the theme good name for the entire year. Not because I'm gonna try to attempt a marathon or beat Usain Bolt within the 100. But because I've been learning a lot about the importance of measuring progress, or tracking. So I'm the track star in a totally nerdy way. Get it? Not the wittiest I've ever been but I like it.
So I've developed a tracking system with the a few things i plan on measuring, which will be another post, but the items you will see on this list will only be things that I'm able to track.
Goal this year like "make more money" or "lose weight" are bs goals. Not helpful in the least. Goals like "increase rental cash-flow to $xxxx per month" or "drop down to 11% body fat" are measurable goal this year. That's this year for me. For everything. Take into account, of course, that I'm not likely to put out my entire list. But I do intend on sharing a large amount of it. Some stuff is just too private.
