Trains depart from 3 stations in Mumbai - Mumbai Cst (CSTM), Lokmanyatilak T (LTT) and Dadar (DR) and arrive in any of the three stations in Bangalore - Yesvantpur Jn (YPR), Bangalore Cy Jn (SBC) and Krishnarajapurm (KJM). Air travel is an excellent option to travel from Mumbai to Bangalore, especially if money is not a concern. There are around 50 flights operated by different airlines to choose from. Though costlier than train, flights are best option for busy executives and businessmen.
