The world's largest annual one day fundraising event is the London Marathon.
Over 780,000 runners have taken part since the London Marathon was started 30 years ago.
The London Marathon has raised over 0.5 Billion for many different charities.
This year it will be on Sunday 25th April 2010, starting at 09.00am.
What advice is there for the newcomer to the London Marathon?
