L.A. needs to build NFL stadium now

This is the state that found a way to build new havens for the Twins and the Minnesota Gophers. There is a $6 billion budget deficit and there are some supposedly stingy Republicans taking over the state house, but there are familiar hurdles, and sports teams usually find a way over them.

But the same pollster found that only 29 percent of Minnesotans said the Twins should use public funds.
