The next number is the avg % of re-bill this is how much of the re-billing cost you will earn.The last number is called the gravity. The gravity is basically a tool to help you see how well a product is selling for other affiliates. The higher the number the better it is converting into sales for other affiliates but also the higher the number the more affiliates there are promoting it. You usually want to pick a product with a gravity over 50 as a general rule of thumb.
