Fifty metres up the road and the Fishbowl with its eye-catching artwork is available for a refreshing pint while listening to some quality Indie tunes.
The Black Lion Black Lion Street
Head in a North West direction to the reassuringly traditional Black Lion, which is deceptively large and offers and fine range of drinks. From here you can grab a bite to eat at one of many well-priced Italians, while a new Jamie Oliver restaurant is available a few doors down.
The Smugglers Ship Street
On the parallel road is the wonderfully decorated Smugglers, which offers a great ambiance and an opportunity to shoot some pool.
The Fiddlers Elbow Boyces Street
On a small road connecting to the hustle and bustle of West Street is a small and homely pub serving a fine selection of lagers and ales. Enjoy one last slow pint before walking into the bright lights and loud sounds of West Street for the next stage of your night.
