InLife Review – Can InLife Truly Help You Become Free?
InLife is a direct sales organization that was founded in 2007 and provides everyday
citizens the opportunity to own their very own home based business. InLife's products consist primarily of eco-friendly alternatives that are designed to help people quit smoking and chose more health conscious activities for their daily well being.
InLife strives upon finding new ways to give back to society and their management team is extremely passionate about environmental cleanup in order to benefit our society as a whole. I feel that their mission statement is in congruence with the opportunity that they provide to distributors and InLife gives people the opportunity to achieve personal and financial freedom through their business model and compensation plan.
While this is all well and good, there are a few facts that need to be addressed before you make the decision to get involved with the InLife organization:
Fact #1: Being that InLife is a fairly new organization to the marketplace, they are still faced with the threat of potentially going out of business (especially in this economic climate). The reason I feel this threat still looms is that in order for any direct sales organization to succeed, they need to bring a UNIQUE PRODUCT to the marketplace to standout amongst competitors.
Unless InLife can attract leaders in the direct sales industry that have a lot of influence, I have my concerns as to the stability of this organization in the long term. However, providing that these conditions work in their favour, I suspect that InLife should perform and continue to be profitable.
Fact #2: Leadership is essential to the strength of any organization as well as a strong management team to maintain the growth. InLife's management team is lead by already successful entrepreneurs Steve Youngblood, Craig Youngblood, and Simon Lu. Being that these individuals have the capital to maintain this organization, I feel that InLife has a strong chance of maintaining their growth and
profitability for the long term.
Fact #3: As important as the two factors listed above are, nothing is more important than the training that is provided to representatives and this is where my biggest concern lies and this will determine the overall success of InLife. Being that we are in a constantly changing marketplace, the methods and techniques for building a successful direct sales organization have changed as well.
Being that InLife is still following traditional direct sales tactics (i.e. friends and family list, home parties, etc.), I feel that this organization is missing out on potentially MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in potential profit as they teach their representatives this style of training. The reality is that in order to truly be successful in any direct sales business, a representative must know how to market their product/opportunity, develop the essential leadership skills, and be able to generate leads that are interested in what they have to offer.
