There is such a thing as too prepared in Birmingham. Some people love Christmas so much that they are continually thinking and preparing for the big day throughout the year. Purchasing inventive, unique, gifts for their beloved ford fiesta from vintage fairs, music festivals and even joke shops, seasonal sales and much more along the way can be such a hassle. These gifts are generally so inventive and have so much thought behind them that they are guaranteed to bring a tear to the eye when eventually unwrapped.
Smug buyers I find are the worst of all three categories. Having purchased most of their gifts in-between September and November they know they have missed the rushes, and have had plenty of time in which to plan what to buy for each individual and even managed to spread the cost over two pay-packets and find the best deals. These smug buyers are almost certainly going to purchase their entire range of gifts online too, using vouchers, codes and inventive ecommerce websites.
The final section is for the panic buyers. These people are so unprepared and last minute that they neither have an idea of what to purchase or similarly where to purchase from. They come out in abundance and take full advantage of the late night shopping, queuing for hours, spending far too much money and generally buying things that may not have much thought behind them.
If you are not one of those who can forward plan so much you start your Christmas shopping during the January sales, and you are not as tech-savvy as those smug enough to shop online, I suggest you jump into your ford fiesta, Birmingham city centre, London and even smaller villages have some great places for gift making, buying etc so get a move on!
