Easy come easy go.

Ive spent the past 15 years learning what works for fat loss and also what doesnt - first with myself and later with my clients.

Ive gone from living with a bulky cardigan always tied round my waist to hide my flabby butt... to feeling confident wearing whatever I want 365 days a year.

I banished ALL fat from my diet, and denied myself any treats for over a year and the result? A smaller, weaker, softer, sick version of my same disappointing, out of proportion, bottom heavy shape. Now Im fit, lean, strong and more energized than Ive ever been. I eat more fat than I ever have and enjoy my favourite foods and alcohol every single week....as much as I want and my weight stays the same, exactly as I want it to.

Have you seen the people slogging their hearts out treadmill trudging for an hour at a time - like a hamster stuck on a wheel? That was me. 60 minutes weights and 60 minutes horrible hard cardio 6 days a week and then Id go demolish an entire box of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes. Pointless.
