Amarnath: It is located in the most beautiful state of India, Kashmir. The shrine cave houses an ice Shiv Linga which changes its size with the change in seasons. On the full moon day (July/August) the linga becomes 6 feet in height (its maximum height) and on this day a festival in honor of Lord Shiva is celebrated. It is believed that Lord Shiva first appeared on this day.

Tirupati: It is the most famous Hindu temple in the world. Located in Andhra Pradesh, this temple is the riches temple in the world. Here Lord Vishnu is worshipped in the form of Lord Venkateswara.

Vrindavan: It is the place where Lord Krishna spent his childhood. It is a major center for the devotees of Lord Krishna.

Haridwar: This destination with numerous ghats is the gateway to the four pilgrimages in Uttrakhand. It is the place where the holy river Ganga leaves the mountains and enters the plains. The evening aarti in Haridwar is very famous among the devotees. It is believed in Hinduism that a dip in the holy waters of Ganga River washes away one's sins and purifies the soul.

Bodhgaya: This place is synonymous to Lord Buddha and is visited by many a people in search of enlightenment. It is the sacred place where the Lord attained enlightenment. It is located in the Gaya district of Bihar. One can see wonderful Buddhist temples, monuments and monasteries here.

Shirdi: It is the sacred village in Maharashtra where once lived the saint Sai Baba. It is a known spiritual center attracting devotees from all religious backgrounds.
