NW Tech Capital Inc.'s (Pink:NWTT) interim management seeks a consulting firm to facilitate merger opportunities for the company
. Amongst other things the company announced a sale of the controlling interested to a European based consortium and change in NWTT.pk management (effective June 11, 2010).
With the management change, the EU based NW Tech Capital Inc., will start to seek viable merger candidates to imbue the holding company with value. To assist with this process, NWTT.pk is currently in discussions with a Toronto Canada based investor relations (IR) company Mina Mar Marketing Group (www.minamargroup.net) and a mergers and acquisition's (MA) firm Mina Mar Group (www.minamargroup.com) for the purpose of IR work and consulting the interim management and NWTT to accommodate these merger opportunities.
Immediate plans in NWTT.pk turnaround plan include a new web site that will be updated on a timely basis, frequent communications with its shareholders and the commencement of filings to achieve transparency.
Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ:CROX) reported financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2010.
Revenue for the second quarter of 2010 increased 31% to $228.0 million, over adjusted revenue of $174.1 million reported in the second quarter of 2009, which excluded $23.7 million in previously impaired product sales that the Company has stated would be non-recurring. On a GAAP basis, second quarter revenue increased 15% year-over-year.
Year-over-year second quarter changes in the Companys channel revenue streams were as follows:
Wholesale sales increased 12% to $140.0 million;
Retail sales increased 20% to $66.4 million; and
Internet sales increased 24% to $21.6 million.
