Car Travel Tips For A Trip.

1. Choose the vehicle correctly depending upon the number of persons incase you go

for car rental service.. Then get any major repairs done. Check the coolant, proper pressure in tyre, spare tyre, glove box(owner manual and registration), driving licence.

2. Clean the interior and exterior of the car. Throw out everything which is unwanted in this trip.

3. Select easy-care, light-weighted, quick-drying clothes(avoid jeans, cottons prefer polyester).

Take one spare clothes in case of emergency. Prefer darker colored clothes which hides dirts and stains.

4. Pack the bag in a order of what is needed first must on the top. Take a separate bag for frequently using clothes and things like jerkin, sweater, kerchief,etc... Also include off-season clothes because everyone will feel comfortable incase of weather changes.

5. Keep a medicine kit which must include Band-Aids, anti-bacterial ointment, thermometer, motion sickness medication, Diarrhea Medicine, antiseptic, Antihistamine, Pain Reliever, Insect repellent, frequently used over-the-counter medications, and all prescriptions used by the family. Pack plenty of wipes and hand sanitizer too.

6. Take a Beauty & Grooming kit includes Aftershave, Body Creams/Lotions, Cotton Balls, Deodorant, Hair Accessories (clips, etc.), Makeup, Moistened Towelettes, Perfume/Cologne, Shampoo/Rinse, Soap/Soap Dish, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Sunscreen, Razor/Blades/Shaver, Facial Tissues, Comb etc...

7. To add entertainment, take plenty of audio and video tracks and radio. Take some travel games and pen, papers for it.

8. Bring bottles of water or mini-containers of juice (or large bottles with plastic cups) and lot of snacks.

9. Gather everything you plan to take in the garage and edit to fit. Arrange them based upon the priority(Last In First Out order). Avoid suitcases.

10. Before you leave, check the gasoline, credit cards, id for proof, take map if necessary, driving license, etc...

During travel...

11. Follow traffic rules, don"t drive if you feel are tired.

12. Stop every two or three hours to let stretch the legs.

13. Use the restroom whenever you can.

14. Drink lots of water. Since you"re traveling by car, you may want to add a lemon, as they are known to aid in hydration.

15. Play family games to make to pass the time quickly. Also tell the jokes and stories.

16. Eat only healthy foods. Visit local parks or sights, have a picnic or visit a fast-food restaurant with a playground.
