The Reverse Curl: Women who have just had babies need to work to strengthen their ab muscles and reverse curls are a great way to do this. For this exercise, lie on the floor facing the ceiling and keep your knees bent. With your feet just above your hips and your arms extended on the floor down your torso, and your head on the floor with your neck relaxed, inhale and exhale as you draw your abs in and lift your hips off the floor and towards your ribs. Lower your hips to the floor and then repeat the exercise. Try to do twenty repetitions. If you can't do all 20 right away, work up to it. Go for fifty after that.

This particular exercise is great for your abs and for losing the muffin top but it also improves your posture and helps you with your confidence levels. Arm Flutters: this is a perfect exercise to do post-pregnancy because you can do it right next to your child's crib. Just lie down on your back and put your legs straight up into the air. Now just slightly raise your torso while lifting your arms and keeping them straight. Slowly lay yourself back down and repeat the movement between 20-50 times. This is great for burning lots of calories and making your core strong. The baby weight will drop of super fast if you do this exercise three times a week.

Walking: Harvard commissioned a study in 2007 that proved that a half an hour of walking every day improves a woman's likelihood of losing her post-pregnancy weight. The women who were participants in this study lost eleven pounds on average and most of them had reached their goals by the time their children had their first birthdays. Therefore, you need to go outside and get some fresh air! While the time of day that you walk is not important, it is important to choose baby friendly weather if you want to take the baby outside with you.

Take lots of fluids with you when you go. Do this every day and you'll lose that weight in no time. These exercises, if you do them often enough, can give you great results quickly. They are easy to do both while your child is resting and to spread out across your day instead of trying to do everything at once in a larger block of time. Of course, doing them all at once, or doing any exercise for twenty to thirty minutes three times per week will help you shed that baby weight quicker. So if you do these exercises as often as your body can handle it you'll get back to your pre-baby size in no time.
