Tip 3 Don't forget the basics
Just because she is younger, is doesn't mean that her mind is wired completely differently. The same basic rules apply with getting any girl. All women love popular and important men, regardless of their age, so make sure you widen your social circle and have plenty of friends. This will also give you more chances of meeting women, which will give you more chances of meeting younger women.
