There are loans, grants, scholarships, etc. One should only choose the organization and the college to make his/her dream come true. Finally, you must be very attentive in reading the answer from the organization you applied to, for sometimes such letters can be confusing.
And, of course, you should live up to expectations of the organization that provided financial aid, college where you study, parents and friends who supported you.
