The FD402E2 is perfect for companies and organizations that process a lot of mail. This machine will quickly and easily settle the contents of envelopes so that they can be opened with a letter opener. The contents won't be damaged when the envelope is opened because they'll be at the bottom.
This device has an excellent jogging capacity. It's capable of processing as many as 1,750 sheets of 20 lb. bond paper. However, you may find that the capacity goes down a little bit when you're working with thick envelopes.
The FD402E2 has two bins. The bins measure 3" x 8.5" so they're perfect for standard-sized envelopes that measure 4" x 8". You can also use this machine to jog timecards, checks, and other small items.
Since this device's bins are small, you can't use this machine to jog letter-sized paper. If you need to process sheets of that size, the FD402P1 would probably be a better choice.
The FD 402E2 offers variable speeds so you can select the setting that's right for your documents. At the top speed, this device is capable of producing 4,000 vibrations per minute.
One of the best things about this jogger is that it's incredibly easy to use. All you need to do is place your items in the bins and then turn the machine on. In just a short amount of time, your items will be completely jogged.
The FD402E2 is a tabletop device that measures approximately 8" (depth) x 8" (width) x 13" (height). You can easily fit this jogger next to your postage machine, photocopier, and/or other office devices.
If you have any problems with this jogger, don't worry. It comes with a one-year warranty. Also, this machine is pretty affordable so it won't break your budget.
The Formax FD402E2 Two-Bin Envelope Jogger is a must-have machine if you process a lot of mail. It would be perfect for mail rooms and post offices thanks to it's ability to jog hundreds of envelopes at once. It would also be great for human resource departments and banks because it can handle checks and timecards. No matter what you use it for, you'll find that this device is easy to use and it will jog your items very quickly. The small size is great as is the one-year warranty. The only thing that could really improve this device would be an ability to process letter-sized paper. Overall, the FD402E2 is a terrific jogger and one you must own if you work with large quantities of mail and/or other small items on a regular basis.
