On this exciting 14-Day itinerary, visit the lush forests of Mount Kenya, the serenely beautiful Rift Valley, Lake Nakuru, the majestic home to thousands of pink flamingos, the rolling plains and acacia woodlands of the Masai Mara and the lovely beaches of Malindi. Enjoy magnificent wildlife viewing across a wide variety of national parks, as well as a relaxing stay at one of Kenya's only three private game reserves.
Day 1
Nairobi Arrival
You are picked up from Nairobi Airport (J.K.I.A) and taken to Fairview hotel. A delightful hotel with a fancy bed and breakfast style, Fairview hotel provides delicious home-cooked meals in a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Perfect for unwinding after your flight!
For those with extra energy, several excursions are available such as feeding giraffe by hand at the Giraffe Centre, visiting Karen Blixen's house ("Out of Africa" fame), or making a visit to the Animal Orphanage run by the Kenya Wildlife Service.

Day 2 and 3:
Mount Kenya / Aberdares
Today you will embark on an early morning drive north to the slopes of Mount Kenya. Check into your rustic treetop lodge, which overlooks a water hole and provides excellent and safe opportunities for viewing animals. This will be your home for the next two days. This afternoon, enjoy a guided nature walk in the Mount Kenya Forest. For further game viewing, venture into the lodge's unique viewing tunnel that takes visitors within meters of the waterhole.

Day 4:
Sweetwaters Tented Camp
This morning drive to Sweetwaters Tented Camp. Set in the heart of a large privately owned game reserve, this property offers magnificent views across the plains to the peaks of Mountain Kenya. Each tented accommodation has a private verandah. Located in the quaint, original farmhouse are the dining room, bar and reception.

Day 5:
Sweetwaters Tented Camp
Continue to enjoy the seclusion offered by your stay at Sweetwaters, one of four private game reserves in Kenya. Enjoy further game viewing opportunities as well as a visit to the Chimpanzee sanctuary and information center.

Day 6:
Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, board your safari van and drive through Aberdares Mountain range and the Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, once described by American ornithologist Roger Tory-Peterson as "the most fabulous bird spectacle in the world." The park and its lake are host to lesser flamingos and various species of animals including lion, leopard, rhino and hyena. Enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive along the beautiful lakeshore. Day 7:
Masai Mara Game reserve
Today continue your safari adventure into the magnificent Masai Mara Game Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch and a late afternoon game viewing drive. Your stay will be at keekerok lodge in the heart of Masai mara.

Day 8:
Masai Mara Game reserve
This morning take an early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Afterwards, return to the lodge and enjoy the remainder of the morning at leisure before lunch. This evening, enjoy a late afternoon game drive while the animals are just beginning to stir from their naps in the intense afternoon sun. Dusk is also the best time to spot a leopard as it leaves the comfort of the trees for its evening of hunting.

Day 9:
Nairobi
Breakfast at leisure is followed by another day of morning and afternoon game drives. Depart Masai mara for Nairobi. On arrival to your hotel, you will have a leisurely evening and a chance to freshen up.Over night at Sarova Panafric hotel.

Day 10/11/13:
Che Shale
Depart by road to Malindi or have the option of taking a flight to the Kenyan Coast. If u travel by flight you will have a short twenty-minute drive from Malindi to Che Shale Resort, your home for the next three nights. Lie back and enjoy the sunshine, snorkeling and lazy, tropical days while the attentive staff and superb chefs ensure your holiday enjoyment. For the more active, the deep-sea fishing is superb! With world class skippers and well-trained crews, Che Shale consistently tops the big game fish charts while practicing tag and release systems whenever possible.
You will be able to enjoy the splendid beaches and also have the opportunity to visit some of Kenya's historical sites like the gedi ruins, Vasco da gamma pillar and more.
