While there are many uses for a tent rental in St. Petersburg, the first thing that often comes to mind for most people is for a wedding.for Living in St. Petersburg, where the weather is relatively warm all year round, a beach wedding is something that has become a tradition of sorts. Theres nothing like a sunset wedding on the beach. Thousands of couples have made the Florida coast sunset their backdrop to a perfect ceremony.

There are so many beautiful areas to consider for a Gulf Coast sunset wedding, not limited to:

Treasure Island

Pass-A-Grille

Clearwater Beach

St Pete Beach

Sunset Beach

Sarasota-Anna Maria Island

A tent rental is really one of the first things to think about on your to-do list when planning an event like a wedding, especially one that will take place outside of a traditional church setting. And, even if the ceremony is done in a church, a reception can still be arranged that requires space for guests. Luckily, the right tent rental company can provide you with a choice of tents that can accommodate small guest numbers to numbers ranging in the thousands.

Other considerations should include not only the number of guests, but what look you want your tent rental to have. Do you prefer a peaked tent roof or may a clear top tent that will let the beautiful coral colored light of the sunset stream in until moonlight replaces it? You may need to consider the month in which you will have the ceremony and what the weather should be like. This will affect whether or not you need walls or if you want walls to give the tent a more intimate feel. You may decide you want a stage and a dance floor. If so, you will need a tent big enough to accommodate both of those additions while also leaving room for tables, chairs, a buffet area if you are going to serve food in the tent. And, of course, you will need room for your guests to walk.

Planning your wedding to take place on the Gulf of Mexico is one of the most beautiful weddings a couple can have. A tent rental company who understands the needs of such an event can go far in helping you make all of the decisions you need to make so that your event goes off without a hitch. Careful planning and the right help will make for a day youll remember happily for a lifetime.
